Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule please contact us a minimum of 24-hours before your appointment to avoid possible fees.
What to wear/bring: avoid wearing tight, restrictive, or bulky clothing (jeans, sweaters). Loose, non-restrictive clothing is recommended (yoga pants, t-shirt).
A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Direct billing available for most insurance plans.
